Never worn, altered and tags still on dress . This dress is a ballroom one piece dress with an Assym top. It has one strap over the shoulder , yes sleeveless. It is white with a dropped waist and is floor length with a court style train. The designer is Symphony. Again , it has never be worn , altered and is brand new in the original dress bag .
