Professionally cleaned day after wedding ($800 'premiere' treatment). Never been taken out of preservation box. This is a one-of-a-kind, custom-made dress from an up-and-coming SF designer, Jinza Couture Bridal, they refer to as 'the next Vera Wang'. Made of European silk tafetta. She did not make another to sell or display in her store, so it is truly the only one. This dress was inspired by the Amsale Bijou, which I loved, but did not complement a petite body frame well, so I made some adjustments in this version of the dress to make it better complement a more petite bride. Changes from Amsale Bijou: ruching at waist is diagonal (more slimming), Bijou ruching was straight across. Drop waist hits at better spot in this dress. Bijou hit at wrong place for shorter brides. Flowers on skirt & train more romantic, flowy & feminine here, Bijou has bigger/bolder flowers. Padding sewn directly into bust - no need to wear bra. Could be replaced, left in, or removed (to fit someone with larger bust).
