It was bought brand new and worn for one wedding. It had been professionally boxed up until about a month ago. It is a size 16 but has been altered at the top part. It can be taken back out as far as I know of. There are no stains that I can see. It has long lacey sleeves with the same design as the dress on it. I will try to get it shipped priority mail through USPS.
